Acadiana Workforce Solutions’ Country Road Inclusion Program connects rural residents to high-demand healthcare jobs by meeting participants where they are and removing barriers along the way. From training and transportation assistance to direct connections to employment, this program equips individuals with the skills and tools needed for sustainable living.

The Women of Wisdom of Acadiana traveled to Montgomery and Selma, Alabama, to honor the legacy of the Civil Rights Movement. With 40 members strong, the group visited The Legacy Museum and walked across the historic Edmund Pettus Bridge reflecting, learning, and paying tribute to those who paved the way for justice and equality.

Spotlighting a week-long healthcare career camp made possible through a partnership between Acadiana Workforce Solutions, Ochsner Lafayette General, and Louisiana State University at Eunice.
